Thanks for shopping with Out of Co! We want to make sure your order gets to you as smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
Once you place your order, we get to work! Here's our timeline:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, complete with tracking information
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to fit your needs:
Standard Shipping
Cost: $6.99 (Free on orders over $75)
Delivery: 5-7 business days after processing
Best for: Regular orders when you're not in a rush
Express Shipping
Cost: $14.99
Delivery: 2-3 business days after processing
Best for: When you need it faster
Overnight Shipping
Cost: $24.99
Delivery: 1 business day after processing (orders must be placed before 2 PM EST) Best for: Last-minute needs
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that Alaska and Hawaii orders may take an additional 2-3 days.
We currently ship from our facility in Flushing, NY.
International Shipping
We don't offer international shipping at this time, but we're working on it! Check back soon for updates. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and selected shipping method. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, reach out to us at info@outofcoshop.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We want your items to arrive in perfect condition. If something goes wrong:
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building's front desk
Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early)
Contact us at info@outofcoshop.com if you still can't locate your package
We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
Damaged Packages
Inspect your package upon arrival
If items are damaged, take photos of the packaging and products
Contact us within 48 hours at info@outofcoshop.com with your order number and photos We'll send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we cannot ship to:
P.O. Boxes (we use carriers that require a signature)
Military APO/FPO addresses at this time
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, please understand that we can't control carrier delays caused by:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Carrier operational issues
Peak holiday seasons
Other circumstances beyond our control
We'll always keep you updated if we become aware of any significant delays affecting your order. Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible at info@outofcoshop.com or call 646.319.9411. We can modify your address if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's in transit, we can't make changes, but we'll do our best to help you work with the carrier.
